It is time for the 37th Annual Don Mizelle PCEA Spring Golf Tournament.  Again this year the tournament will be held at MacGregor Downs Country Club in Cary, NC.  The Sponsorship Levels and Golfer Registration Form are on the attached downloadable entry form.
